This guarantee is simple. When we are finished with your flat roof, it won't leak, period. This not only includes new roof installations and restorations, but even includes repairs!
You will be issued a Leak Free Guarantee Certificate that covers BOTH materials and labor in the unlikely event that the roof ever leaks during the coverage period. We are that sure of the quality of our work.

Our Leak-Free Guarantee Includes:
- One (1) - Five (5) Years for Repair Work
- Three (3) - Ten (10) Years for Roof Restorations
- Ten (10) - Twenty (20) Years for Overlays
- Ten (10) - Twenty Five (25) Years for New Roof Installations*
*Depending on if Re-Roof occurs or if Entire Roof is Stripped down to decking, etc. Existing Decking conditions are always examined in order to provide you the very best result.
